DADMAC, Diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, is a water-soluble monomer of cationic quaternary ammonium salt. An alkenyl double bond in the molecular structure can form linear homopolymers and all kinds of copolymers by various polymerization reactions.
DADMAC is mainly used to produce poldadmac. It is used to synthesize all kinds of macromolecular water treating agents which can be used in neutralization, absorption, flocculation, decoloring and purification. Our products also have good effects in medicine, agriculture, and water treatment, as well as disinfectant and bactericide. With good surface activity, it can be used as a detergent and emulsifier.
DADMAC is also used as a modifier of synthetic resin, giving the products conductivity and antistatic properties. Moreover, DADMAC is often used as flocculants and blocking agents to improve and modify product performances.
